This is a book about getting to a point in your life of having friends that are encouraging and comforting. Angelia uses stories of situations in her own life, gives us a deep explanation of how to handle the situation and then a word (letter) from a soul sister about her experience in each chapter. With this book she teaches us of how to be a Yes Sister, to bring your friends along side of you when they are hurting. It gives steps to take of how to encourage and have that soul sister friendship.
I would recommend this to any age women that needs and wants to be with others that give nurturing, share feelings, encouragement, and share their faith with each other, no matter what. It is a book that talks about having confidence to not have negative people or friends that bring you down. It is an inspirational read to help women with their relationships with others. It would be a great women's bible study or a small group of women read.
