This is a book that makes you look at your everyday situations and how to handle anger. It is a great book if you do the homework and take the time to think about your feelings. David has you prepare before you even open the book, by having pen and paper so that you can write feelings as you read. He also has you highlight sentences in each chapter as you read. At the end of the chapters, he will ask you to go back and re-read the highlighted sentences then pick one that stands out, this is what you will be focusing on to improve your life. Each chapter ends with a section called making it your own which consists of questions for you to review and work on issues. It also ends with a prayer on the subject of the chapter.
I would recommend this book for any age to read and put time in to really work on yourself. It isn't just for those that think they have angry issues, it is for everyone in everyday situations. I was very impressed at the easy reading and the content of the book. This book reaches out to many different situations in life, many that I never thought of, but now am aware when the situation happens.
