Then Carter, a long lost love in her life, re-appears and their past comes back. This time Carter is ready to make amends and ask Lauren for forgiveness. When Rosie Lauren's grandmother keeps talking about Ephraim, who is this person? Lauren and Carter feel it is time for them to work together and find out who, what and why, her grandmother is talking about this person. Can they find the answers? How does God work in this situation? Will they end up together and forget the past to move on with a future?
I would recommend this book to anyone that wants to read a heartfelt, inspirational book about faith and forgiveness. It is a page turner that will go from present to the past and make you think after turning the last page. This is book 2 of the series, but can be read as a stand alone. Great read!
