This book 3 of the Desert Justice series and part of the Love Inspired Suspense books: Christian, Suspense, Light Romance reads.  Pilar and Austin are all set to get married, when all of a sudden Pilar leaves him at the alter.  Pilar didn't want to leave him, but for his safety she feels she has no other choice.  With her father out of prison and his former partner out to get the him and her mother in trouble, she must do something and save everyone.  Austin is upset and angry he was left at the alter without any explanation.  Can he come to the families rescue?  Will he be able to forgive?  Will Pilar be able to make amend and also save her family?  

I love this author and her books!!!  This is book 3 of the series but can be read as a stand alone.  I would suggest reading all 3 as they are all very good and page turners.  Each book can be read in an afternoon, as once you start you can't put down.
