This is a book that deals with the chaos of everyday life. Jenny shares her own experiences and daily schedule through the book. She talks about dealing with anxiety and fears on a day to day basis. Each chapter teaches about the darkness in your life and how to overcome it. The book makes you think about what it is deep down that is causing your feelings.
I would recommend this book to those that are dealing with a busy schedule, work, family, and having to be in 3 places at one time. This is an easy read and would help anyone that has depression, anxiety, stress and chaos in everyday life. It may not solve all your problems but it does make you think of the little things you can change to make you feel better.... sometimes it may just to stop and be still for a few moments..............
