This is book one of the Danger Never Sleeps series. When Brooke Adams is discharged from the Army, she has to deal with PTSD among being a target from someone trying to kill her. The beginning of the book has many characters that seem hard to keep up with, however, they start to flow mid way through. There is lots of drama and suspense in this book along with Asher that vows to protect her, will this be the start of a romance?
I would recommend this book to any of those that like a fast paced, suspenseful drama. This book has many twist and turns that make it unpredictable. Make sure you don't start this at night, it is one of those books once you get into it, you can't put it down till the end. If you are a Lynette Eason fan you won't be disappointed. If this is the first book of Lynette's you read, you will become a fan.
