I would recommend this book to anyone that likes to journal, wants to get into a habit of daily journal, wants to be able to look back through the years and see changes.  This would be a great gift book.  Any age can do this book and with the short amount of time it takes and the simple questions asked, will keep you looking forward to writing in the journal everyday.
