On each page, you have the date, subject, inspirational quote, devotional and bible verse.  You don't have to read the devotionals by date, you can skip around and read from the subject that you need for that day.... just as long as you read and reflect.

I would recommend this to anyone and any age that would like to know that GOD is holding hands our hands, through everything.  This is a great small hardcover book with a great binding for when you are studying with your bible open and you need this book to stay open.   I was very impressed at the topics and the easy of relating to the subjects.
