In the back of the book is an individual or group study, that goes chapter by chapter.
I recommend this book to anyone that wants to be filled with God's grace and overcome the hurt in your life. I like that it is a very easy and understanding read. The bible study in the back was very good for a personal study or a group. Each study goes with a chapter and is all backed by scripture and God's word. I really like this book.
