Shadow of the Storm, is book 2 in the Out of Egypt series. It is the story of Shira, a young Levite women who is supposed to follow her mothers steps and be a weaver. Shira realizes she has a passion for being a midwife. As she follows her passion, one pregnancy goes wrong and changes her whole life. The journey is one of faith and trust in GOD. Shira experiences some many hard choices that will keep you reading from the beginning to the end.
I would recommend this book to those that have read book one. You can read it as a stand alone, however, some characters in book one, appear again in this book. It is a book for mature audience, it is not for young readers because of some of the subject matters. This is a very dramatic read, with many heartfelt moments in it.
