This is not about Paris, it is about enjoying life. Sarah shows us a way to turn our everyday situations into joy and happiness. Each chapter she talks about her experiences and gives a bible story that will relate. At the end of each chapter is a paragraph called Unearthing your Longings, which contains questions for you to answer and go deeper into your soul for answers of what you are feeling. It also provides a bible verse or verses to reference and meditate on. The end of the chapter also contains a short paragraph called an Invitation to Paris, which allows you to use your imagination and go to a fun place, it teaches you a little exercise that you can use whenever you are feeling the pressure of life. It is all about finding your happiness and joy without spending money, leaving your home and realizing it is all about your happiness.
I would recommend this to women of all ages and for those that need a little quick read to get through that tough daily grind. I really like the references and the layout. Each chapter is easy to read with in 20-30 minutes and can be used as a daily devotional.
