I really enjoy the Quilt Series books and this is #24 in the series. I didn't find this book as interesting to me as I have enjoyed the others. I found the story to be slow and not have enough excitement for my reading. The story takes place of a triangle, with Zenus needing his aunt, his Aunt Priscilla wanting him to marry a certain person, Mary needed Priscilla for art work, and then the quilting dialogue that tries to wrap around the whole story.
This was a hard book for me to follow as the beginning starts interesting for the first few chapters and then drags for the next 4 and after that I was just forcing myself to get through the end.
I think others may enjoy this story line if it fits their type of reading. Unfortunately, this story line just did not interest me at all. I would put this at the bottom of my list for the quilter's series.
(note: only because it is not my style of storyline.)
