  This is the story of Lazurus and his relationship with Jesus. It is told as his life story and his encounters with the trials and tribulations of his life in those times. The story is fictional, however, you can easily get so wrapped up in the story that you feel you are back in the times of Jesus.  The book tells of some encounters and spiritual events that will be familiar to you from reading the bible, remember it is a fictional story and you just need to sit back, relax and let the story take you to that era of time. 

 

This is the first book I have every read from the Thoene's and I enjoyed it.   I would recommend this to anyone that wants to go to place that makes you feel good and in a different era of time.  I am looking forward to the next book of the series.
